My approach.
At the heart of my work is a belief in a deeper self. That calm, wise part of you that knows what you need and longs to live more fully. When life becomes overwhelming, it’s easy to lose touch with that inner clarity. Therapy offers a space to reconnect with it.
Using a psychodynamic approach, we’ll explore the emotional patterns, early experiences and beliefs that may be pulling you away from that deeper self. By bringing these into awareness, you can begin to understand yourself more fully and reconnect with what feels true and authentic.
I work with people from all walks of life and have extensive experience supporting autistic, ADHD and AuDHD clients in a neuro-affirming way.
Why choose me?
-
I’ll be an active participant in your therapy, walking alongside you every step of they way. I’ll meet you where you are and you’ll set the pace, the tone and the direction of travel.
-
My intensive and rigorous training enables me to work at depth, probing beneath the surface to uncover unconscious and hidden beliefs, ideas or fears that get in the way of your happiness and wellbeing.
-
I focus on the whole person - mind, body and spirit. I offer practical techniques that help to regulate the nervous system which in turn helps to manage anxiety, feelings of overwhelm and dysregulation.
-
I use creative methods in my practice such as visualisations, metaphor, storytelling and movement to help clients explore their feelings and gain new perspectives. These approaches provide a safe space for expression, unlocking deeper insights and emotional growth.

Our neurotype does not need to be “fixed.”
Understanding our neurodivergent brains work is essential to peoplehealth, happiness and wellbeing.
But knowledge alone cannot heal the pain of rejection, not belonging, internalised ableism and trauma that so many neurodivergent people carry.
Therapy isn’t a magic bullet. And yet, I am continually humbled and inspired by how "doing the work" can help alleviate trauma and bring a lasting sense of inner spaciousness, self-acceptance, and openness.
