About me.

It can be hard to believe things will improve when you’re feeling low. I offer a supportive space where change can begin to feel possible.

I am an experienced and qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, registered with the BACP, and abiding by their code of ethics.

In addition to my private practice, I work as a counsellor in a university setting, supporting students with anxiety, depression, self esteem, and identity related challenges.

Alongside my therapeutic work, I coach creatives, leaders, and change-makers across the corporate and not-for-profit sectors. My clients have included organisations such as the BBC, the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR), the Royal Navy, as well as numerous arts organisations. I also coach young men in prisons across London.

Prior to this I worked in the arts, developing and delivering arts led community engagement projects. My professional career has shaped my understanding of how social, cultural, and systemic factors influence our personal wellbeing.

I trained in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and Psychotherapy at Brighton University, completing a highly regarded post graduate programme of studies and earning a PGDip in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy. This training meets the exacting standards of the BACP, ensuring a strong foundation in professional, ethical practice.

I am also a qualified Co-Active Life Coach and Climate Change Coach. I am also a Chaoyi Fanhuan Qigong level 1 instructor and have maintained a daily chi gong practice for the past 12 years
